b. Legal basis for data processing
Data processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR ("legitimate interest").
c. Other recipients of personal data
Our website is hosted by an external hosting service provider (hetzner.de). The host receives the above-mentioned data as a processor.
d. Storage period
The stored data is deleted at the latest at the end of each session. Log files are stored for a maximum of 24 hours, directly and exclusively accessible to administrators. After that, they are only indirectly available via backup tapes and are permanently deleted after a maximum of four weeks.

II. Right to object according to Art. 21(1) GDPR
You have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you which is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The controller shall then no longer process the personal data unless they can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
The collection of data for the provision of the website and the storage of log files are essential for the operation of the website.
4. Contact form
Data submitted via the contact form, including your contact details, will be stored to process your inquiry or to be available for follow-up questions. This data will not be shared without your consent.
The processing of this data is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, insofar as your inquiry is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of inquiries addressed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Data submitted via the contact form will remain with us until you request deletion or there is no longer a need for data storage. Mandatory statutory provisions — in particular retention periods — remain unaffected.
