Accessibility Statement of KnowWay GmbH
Last updated: February 9, 2026
KnowWay GmbH is convinced that technology and knowledge must be accessible to all people. Unrestricted access to digital content that meets the needs of diverse groups lays the foundation for an inclusive culture and enables people with disabilities to reach their full potential.
Based on this conviction, we aim to make our website knowway.eu accessible to the widest possible audience. We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 (WCAG 2.1) published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). Our goal is for our website to achieve the AA conformance level recommended by WCAG.
Therefore, we strive to consistently meet the requirements of this conformance level in the development of our platform and web pages. We implement this goal as follows:
- In developing our website templates, we pay particular attention to sufficient color contrast, a logical heading structure, and clearly organized, recurring elements.
- We program the templates to be compatible with various input and output devices, including keyboard navigation and screen readers.
- We ensure that all non-text elements have a text equivalent (for example, "alt text" for images or transcripts for videos).
We regularly test our website using various methods, including automated tools, browser plugins, and individual testing by our team. Through this ongoing process, we ensure that our website remains accessible even as technical standards evolve.
We believe that our web presence largely meets the requirements of the AA conformance level. However, we are aware that individual pages may have shortcomings. If you encounter such barriers or have any comments and suggestions for improving the accessibility of our website, please contact us at hello@KnowWay.eu.
KnowWay GmbH attaches great importance to accessibility not only in the design of our website, but also aims to proactively integrate accessibility into our digital processes. Our team is committed to creating a work environment that fosters a sense of belonging for all employees and promotes a culture of equality. A key part of this effort is establishing a barrier-free workplace where visible and invisible obstacles are removed so that everyone can succeed.
At KnowWay GmbH, we work every day to reduce digital barriers and promote inclusion.
